Terms & Conditions — laky97 Platform Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and laky97 ("laky97", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the laky97 online betting and casino platform, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality available at laky97.com.

By completing the laky97 registration process, logging into your laky97 account, or by otherwise accessing or using any part of the laky97 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the laky97 platform and must not attempt to register an account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with laky97's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between laky97 and the Player.

To register and use the laky97 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. laky97 strictly prohibits access by anyone under the age of 21.
• You must not be accessing laky97 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as the registered account holder and not as a proxy, agent, or on behalf of any third party.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the laky97 platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

laky97 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Until satisfactory verification is provided, laky97 may withhold withdrawals and restrict account activity.

Each Player may hold only one (1) laky97 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your laky97 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. laky97 bears no responsibility for consequences arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.

• You must register using your real name as it appears on your official identification documents.
• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name. laky97 does not accept third-party deposits.
• laky97 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your laky97 account to any other person.
• Corporate or entity accounts are not permitted. All laky97 accounts must be held by individual natural persons.

laky97 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your laky97 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your laky97 account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been conducted by you as the registered account holder. laky97 cannot be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your laky97 account, you must notify laky97 support immediately at [email protected]. laky97 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your account pending investigation.

laky97 processes all player transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers. All payment methods must be registered in the Player's own name to be accepted.

• Minimum deposit amounts are as published on the laky97 deposit page and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposits are generally credited to your laky97 account within minutes, subject to the processing times of the selected payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours during operating hours (9 AM – 1 AM PKT), subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.
• laky97 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above specified thresholds before processing payment.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to applicable wagering requirements having been satisfied in full.
• laky97 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

laky97 does not accept deposits from or issue withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Any withdrawal request to a payment method not matching the account holder's verified identity will be declined.

laky97 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion, which are published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that offer.

• Bonuses are available only to Players who have a verified laky97 account in good standing.
• Unless specifically stated otherwise, all laky97 bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonus funds are used after real money funds have been depleted, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• laky97 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not negatively affect bets or wagers already placed.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotions through hedging, low-risk wagering patterns, or coordination with other Players — constitutes a prohibited activity and may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

All sports and cricket bets placed on laky97 are governed by the specific sport rules published in the laky97 Sports Betting Rules section, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet.

laky97 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances, without limitation:

• The bet was placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of placement.
• The odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error or pricing error ("palpable error").
• The event is cancelled, abandoned, or cannot be completed within the stated timeframe as defined by the applicable sport rules.
• Suspicion of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption relating to the event on which the bet was placed.
• The bet was placed using funds obtained through fraudulent activity or in breach of these Terms.

In the event of a void bet, the stake will be returned to your laky97 account balance in full. laky97's decisions on void bets are final and binding, subject to the formal disputes process in Clause 15.

All casino games available on laky97 — including slot games, live dealer tables, and virtual table games — operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time physical dealing conducted by professional dealers under controlled studio conditions.

laky97 publishes RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all slot games where such information is made available by the software provider. Players acknowledge that all casino games carry an inherent house edge and that past results do not influence future outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on laky97 and constitute a material breach of these Terms. laky97 reserves the right to take immediate action, including account suspension and forfeiture of funds, upon detection of any prohibited conduct:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the laky97 platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies designed to exploit promotions or odds discrepancies for guaranteed profit.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the laky97 platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Accessing the laky97 platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the laky97 platform.
• Creating or operating multiple laky97 accounts in contravention of Clause 3.

laky97 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Players, accessible at any time from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic reminders at set intervals about the duration of your current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the laky97 platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from laky97 without committing to full self-exclusion.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the laky97 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any laky97 content without prior written permission from laky97.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, laky97 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the laky97 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

laky97's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

laky97 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. laky97 shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to internet connectivity beyond its reasonable control.

laky97 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the laky97 Privacy Policy.

laky97 may be required to disclose Player data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units where required by applicable law or a valid legal order. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of the laky97 Privacy Policy.

laky97 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, laky97 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the laky97 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the laky97 platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law as referenced in laky97's operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the laky97 platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, it may be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. laky97's decisions on all betting, gaming, and account matters are final, subject to the formal dispute process described herein.
